By registering through our website, anyone can participate in our conferences in Canada. However, potential participants need to follow these rules in terms of registering for nursing conferences:

  • The registrant must be 18 years old and eligible for the conference.
  • Participants who want to join our upcoming nursing conference need to complete their registration through our official website.
  • All the information required during the registration process needs to be accurate and error-free.
  • Nursing Conference reserves the full right to accept or reject any application without explanation.

Payment and Cancellation

All the payment and service charges related to our conference are clear and available on our website. Whether you need to join as an author or listener at the conference, you’ll get clear information about the charges and benefits of each option. Here are the payment and cancellation policies you need to follow:

  • Participants must complete the payment using our official website;
  • A full payment must be made by the specific deadline;
  • Payment must be done following specified currency and payment gateways on our website;
  • After completing the payment, an invitation letter will sent within 5-7 business days;
  • We are not responsible for the mistake you made with the invitation letter;
  • Correcting any mistakes will charge an additional 50 USD.

Cancellation and Return

All of our nursing conferences are non-cancellable and non-refundable. Once you fulfill the registration and complete the payment process, there is no way to cancel it. However, analyzing your circumstances, we might offer chances to postpone or reschedule your conference for the next conference on the same topic.

Intellectual Properties

All the contents and materials available on the Nursing Conference website will fall under our intellectual property rights. These contents and materials include texts, graphics, logos, artworks, images, videos, audio, and any similar digital information on our website. These are protected by intellectual property laws and are the exclusive property of the Nursing Conference and its partners.

Code of Conduct

Nursing Conference treats every participant equally at their conference. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy in terms of any offensive behavior to our staff or other participants. So, any form of discrimination, hate speech, sexual or physical harassment, bullying, violence, etc will be subject to legal action. All participants are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully during their stay in the conference venue.

Nursing Conference reserves the full authority to restrict or terminate any agreement with or without prior notice.

We have the right to postpone or cancel any conferences including their venues, schedules, or list of guests for any uncertain situation.
