Notarized Invitation Letter

Notary Public of Our Nursing Conference

Nursing Conference is dedicated to providing high-quality services, from registering for conferences to getting notarization services. We want to ensure all our participants get the best services that put value to their money. That’s why we have partnered with Mr. John O’Fee to conduct all of our notary tasks.

For your acknowledgement, Mr. John is a renowned lawyer and legal practitioner in British Columbia. From community roles in the educational sector to board members in healthcare institutes, he has contributed to the diverse fields in British Columbia Communities. By spending 100 USD as an additional service fee, you can easily have a notarized invitation letter with his signature and seal.

Terms of Our Notarized Invitation Letter Service

We’ve made our notarized invitation letter a voluntary service. That means we provide it upon the needs and requests of our international participants. To make ourselves clear and transparent with our service, we’ve come up with a few terms and conditions. Read the following terms of service before getting our notarization service:

Voluntary Service

As we’ve mentioned above, our notarized invitation letter is not mandatory for everyone. And it is not a part of our registration process. If anyone feels that a legitimate document from a renowned Canadian organization may help their visa application process, they can have this service.

No guarantee of Visa Approval

While a notarized invitation letter explains the purpose of your travel, it doesn’t provide any guarantee of approving your visa. Whether your visa gets accepted or rejected completely depends on the visa officers of the Canadian embassy. So, you need to get the service considering this fact.

Non-refundable Service

We have made our notarized invitation letter service non-cancellable and non-refundable under any circumstances. Once you pay for the services, it’s already going to the processing. So, there will be no room for negotiating or asking for a full or partial refund after you order a notarized invitation letter.

Acceptance of Terms

When you request a notarized invitation letter through our website, we assume you consent to our terms of service without any obligation. So, it would be wise to read the terms and address any concerns you might have before getting our service. If you cannot stand with our terms of service, we request not to have this service.

Amendments to Terms

Nursing Conference reserves full rights to change, update, modify, and make necessary adjustments to the terms of services with or without any notice. We also have the right to terminate this agreement or any related service of our notarized invitation letter. By continuing our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
