Modes of Presentation

Oral Presentation at Nursing Conference

Many ideas, innovations, and research are buried in the grave because they didn’t get a chance to be exposed. If those innovators and researchers had the chance to present their papers on the global stage, they wouldn’t miss it. So why should you?

Nursing Conference is giving you an amazing opportunity to present your paper at the most engaging conferences in Canada. Through interactive oral presentations, you can connect with established figures in the nursing industry. Besides, a Q&A session will allow you to get inside your audience’s minds and address any concerns they may have.

Throughout the presentation, our support team will be there to help you every step of the way. You’ll just have to copy your presentation files before starting your presentation so that you can properly utilize your time. To make your presentation more engaging, you can use charts, graphs, and other visual elements. However, these elements shouldn’t be overused or distracting.

Guidelines for Oral Presentation

Nursing Conference made their presentations accessible for both author and keynote speakers. With the specific duration of time, they will be able to share their research and insights at the session. However, these topics need to be relevant to the paper, and you need to draw conclusions within the period. Here are the supports we’ll provide at the session:

Devices Provided by the Conference Organizer:

  • Laptop (with MS Office and Adobe Reader)
  • Projector and Screen

Materials Provided by the Presenters:

  • PowerPoint or PDF files (files should be copied to the conference laptop at the beginning of each session)

Duration of Each Presentation:

  • Regular oral presentation – 10 minutes, including Q&A
  • Keynote speech – 30 minutes

Instructions for Publication

After presenting your paper at our nursing conference, we scheduled it to be published in our conference journals and publications. All the papers at our conference proceedings are archived by the esteemed Library and Archives Canada (LAC), Which means each of them will come with a unique ISBN for further research and global recognition.
